WEBSITE TERMS

This website introduces Guardian and its intended capabilities. It is general product information and does not constitute legal advice, an offer of legal representation, a service-level commitment or a binding platform specification.

Evaluation and professional review

Capabilities, capacity, model access and deployment options depend on the agreed configuration and should be assessed through a representative pilot. AI-assisted work requires professional review, including verification of facts, sources, applicable law and drafting.

GuardWatch

GuardWatch checks available online court rolls for potential client matches. Coverage, source freshness and name matching have limitations. A missing result is not proof that proceedings have not been enrolled. Source records and client identity require verification.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form saves a request; it does not reserve a demonstration time or create a lawyer-client relationship. Do not send confidential or privileged matter information through this website.

Platform agreements

Any use of the Guardian platform is subject to a separate agreement covering scope, fees, deployment, privacy, security, support and responsibilities.

Legal details

The contracting entity, registered details and definitive website terms are pending publication. Please request these from info@guardianlaw.co.za before contracting. These introductory terms must be completed as formal operator policies are finalised.
